Cory Seidel

PhD Researcher

Cory Seidel is a first year PhD student at Washington University pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his MS in Mechanical engineering at Saint Louis University in December 2016 with a research focus in computational fluid dynamics and wind energy. Cory’s current research focuses on theory and design of nanohybrid supercapacitors through atomistic modeling and synthesis of materials. His goal is isolate characteristics of molecular interactions that contribute to higher energy density.
